Good Customer service with reservation/fast service/
Yashika SThe AC of the car was not working , I was cooked the whole journey , the guy who was there when I returned the car lashed out to me when I mistaken his nationality from his accent . And he did not want me to call him friend. I had the worst experience and I felt his customer service was too poor to be serving the public. His temper was so short and I told myself I will never go back to this location .
SIMBA SThe boost gauge (on the pillar) that indicates fuel efficiency did not work appropriately. The air conditioner did not work; the fan would blow, and the air seemed cold. But even with open vent, the air did not come out. The van was a bit gross inside (leftover used napkins, etc.), which was not noticed until we checked in and left. I would not rent from this location again.
