I ordered furniture pads, but they were not in the truck. I marked this on the pre-move survey, but did not go back in to talk to management about it, since I had some old blankets with me. When I got my receipt, I was charged $96 for not returning the furniture pads I was never given, despite the fact that I marked it on the survey as missing. I was willing to overlook the $10 rental cost without having them, but not the $96 for something I never got to begin with. There is an ongoing dispute claim right now, so they may still fix it.

Horeb AThe truck was diagusting. It hasn’t been cleaned in forever is what it looks like and the access hole for the rear axel was damaged causing a safety issue and making it hard to remove heavy loads for the truck.
