The owner at this location deserves praise. His equipment was clean and well position for easy hookup, and his paperwork was seamless. I was in and out in no time and had a great conversation.

Clerk couldn't get the computer system to work. Copied my driver's license and credit card and let me go. Got no price quote and got charged as much for the trailer as for the pickup truck, no receipt and didn't get the photo copy of my information back. Pickup rental was at 10 am at a different location, trailer rental was at 12 noon. Nobody notified me when the pickup times were and that they were at two different locations. I called U Haul after not hearing back from them. Not a happy camper!

It was 11:30 at night and was closed. It was a convenient store. The instructions said to park the truck in a legal location but the parking lot was full. I called the next am and the rep said it was left in a good location.

First off the guy I rented the truck from was not informative. He basically tried to sell me insurance told me to fill it back up then have me the keys. He also neglected to tell me the truck had a water leak after he had me sign the paper. After I got back I have him the key and he said he would send my receipt which was for 31.55 but the day after I get another charge of 43.55 without my knowledge. He didn't say I was allowed only 10 miles before they start to charge me.

It was at a convenience store. The owner kept putting other customers buying cokes and things in front of us. Then, after I had gone online to pre-register; the man had to get all the information again. It took over 30 minutes. Then he didn't have the blankets out and the trailer was dirty. The lights didn't work on the trailer and the man did not help us. He sent us to another U-Haul Center. Those guys were helpful. What should've taken us 30 minutes total took us over two hours. So this was not a pleasant experience.

Worst experience with UHAUL I have ever would not help me hook up trailer !!!...told me that only happens at Corporate Stores !!!....what a liablility for U HAUL....what if my daughter went to pick this trailer up ??...Need to take the dealership from this dealer. Not your kind of guys are way better than this. Awful Customer Service..just interested in selling C-store items.

The contract said I was to return the trailer at Valley Ave., but I was refused entry. They were FULL! I was told to go to Pallisades. The guy said pull the trailer around back, unhook and leave which I did. He said he would take care of the paperwork. The next day I was called and skied where the trailer was. I told the very pleasant woman that it was where I was told to leave it. She said it wasn't at Valley Ave. I said no, I was refused entry. The man at Valley was polite but firm. I had to get back to Atlanta so I went to the Marathon Station and dropped the trailer. Major hassle, they trailer was fine but the service really sucked! The only good part was that I got a trailer on time but little else was satisfactory. ONE STAR!

After arriving at the original drop off location, I was told to take the trailer to this new drop off spot. There was no help from the personnel at this new spot. I had to unhook and park the trailer without any help. The attendant did not want to give me a receipt saying that I had returned the trailer.

It wasn't the location I had selected. I had selected a U-haul store on Valley because I knew they would have everything in needed. The gas station attendant at Palisades didn't have time to deal with me and didn't have the knowledge. The process took close to an hour because I was routed thru a third party over the phone how didn't have time to conduct the transaction. Bottom like if feel the process took far to long and I was left to my on device on how to attach the trailer...

One attendant who was running the gas station, the convenience store and check people in for u-haul. Not a good situation. He was very helpful, just too busy.

The cashier had no clue what to do. He did not help me hook up trailer. He asked for personal information (to be written on a piece of scrap cardboard) that was already in your system. I had to take a wiring harness off another trailer to make the one he gave me work. He did not check the lights or that I properly attached trailer. And I got booked at a location I didn't choose after I reserved the rental. Terrible experience.



We were suppose to drop the uhaul off at 540 Valley Ave. When we got to this location the location was full and wasn't accepting any more drop offs. We went up the road to another location who said their computers were down. We then went to this location and they accepted it. I dropped it off on Friday 8/26 and the haul wasn't checked in until Monday 8/29th. Overall, this was not a smooth process as far as picking up and dropping off the trailers.

This was a very busy convince store with a very friendly clerk who did his best to wait on customers & help me. Had to wait quite some time. We requested furniture pads. Don't know if we were charged didn't get receipt. There were 2 dirty ones in the trailer

There was only 1 guy working at the store at the time. It was a real inconvenience that we needed to wait until everyone in the store was helped before we could check the trailer back into the store. The was no help loading or unloading and no direction to tell you where to put the trailer once you checked it in. There was no one who looked the trailer over upon dropping it off at the location.

My original reservation was at the Location in Ensley. After I checked in, I was directed to another location. The address I was given was incorrect. After calling the location, I was informed that they were closed and did not have the trailer that I reserved. The trailer had not been returned the night before and I was not notified of this change. Only after calling and being transferred several times was I able to find a trailer at the Palisades location. Once there, everything was fine. This ordeal, however, pushed my move back an hour and a half. Please let your customers know if there is a change in the pickup location of their equipment.

The reservation menu was difficult to navigate and I wound up with two duplicate reservations. When I arrived, the trailer I reserved was not at the pick-up location. The U-Haul representative was not on-site and it appeared he was permanently operating from a remote location. He spoke a foreign language and was very difficult to understand on the phone. The U-Haul rep. did agree to give me a larger trailer (which I did not need) at the same price as the one I reserved. The tongue is VERY heavy and I had to connect it myself. I ordered 12 furniture pads and six of these pads smelled strongly of cat urine and were unusable. This location needs an inspection by someone in U-Haul management.
