Billy RI made a reservation over the phone with a local U-Haul. I was told for a 10’ truck the price for 4 hours would be $21 If I went over the 4 hours I would be charged mileage On the day of pickup I was called and told that I would have to go to another location for my truck. At check-in I was charged the original $21 PLUS MILEAGE FOR a PRICE OF $148. I was robbed
