Tires were not properly inflated, windshield and glass were dirty with dog drool on the inside passenger door window. Has a bad front tire that I had to call roadside assistance to have replaced.

Susana TI was cancelled at two different times for a U-Haul 6x12 enclosed trailer. The penalty is not large enough for holding a trailer long enough and I can not believe they wanted me to drive 100 miles to pick up an available one. Service was terrible. Would not recommend.
