Firstly, maintain the equipment! Tires! One tire needed air. Probably air leak. The other 3 tires were way over max psi. Max psi is 65. tires were at 74psi!! The location is tight, trailers need to be located in a spot that is easier to move in and out of. I understand its a small location, but should be managed better.

Richard BThis review is about U-haul policies and not the locations, at the location they were great. I reserved a trailer to pick up from a downtown Calgary location 6 days in advance and in their app it said available and your reservation is guaranteed. 24 hours before my trip they call and say we don't have a trailer at that location and send 1 hour away, so it cost an extra 2 hours and I had to change all my plans and be late because u-haul decided to call 24 hours prior and the people who call do not offer any kind of help. And when I try to express my dissatisfaction they say sorry but we can't do anything. We'll I will never use U-haul ever again.
