Snowstorm was taking place. They were not ready for.me to pick up the unit. Unit sycks fuel like crazy.may need a fuel pump and filter.
JASON SThe employee said no more than 4 words to me. Said “you’re good to go”. When I went out to hook up the trailer it was blocked by another trailer. I asked if he could move the other trailer so I could get the one I rented. He looked at me and said “you want me to move that”? He did not move the trailer. I moved my rental BY Hand do I could get it out. Yes a 68 year old man.had to do that while a 20 something young man stood and watched. ZERO HELP . Not even a thank you … Absolutely disgusting.Very very very poor representation for U-Haul
Terry HI did not end up using the equipment. It was clean but it was an old unit. I needed the ability to tie down an appliance and secure it so it would not fall over in transit. This unit did not offer that ability with only two floor mounted hooks at the front of the tailer.
