AUSTIN MThe 2 men who work inside don’t even come out to help or tell you where to park. The fuel truck was there and so there was no way to park the truck or trailer so I drove around for 20 mins and ended up parking it along the street. Last time I picked up a truck from there the men inside didn’t do a thing either just asked “what?!?” When I said hello I’m here for that truck. It’s been a terrible experience, no so bad the first time but this second time was a joke. Not happy with UHUAL
