Snowstorm was taking place. They were not ready for.me to pick up the unit. Unit sycks fuel like crazy.may need a fuel pump and filter.

The employee said no more than 4 words to me. Said “you’re good to go”. When I went out to hook up the trailer it was blocked by another trailer. I asked if he could move the other trailer so I could get the one I rented. He looked at me and said “you want me to move that”? He did not move the trailer. I moved my rental BY Hand do I could get it out. Yes a 68 year old man.had to do that while a 20 something young man stood and watched. ZERO HELP . Not even a thank you … Absolutely disgusting.Very very very poor representation for U-Haul
Terry HI did not end up using the equipment. It was clean but it was an old unit. I needed the ability to tie down an appliance and secure it so it would not fall over in transit. This unit did not offer that ability with only two floor mounted hooks at the front of the tailer.

Denise WThe back of the truck truck wasn’t swept, and the back was frozen shut. When I went to ask them to come open it for me he did come, but not with the greatest attitude… Not disrespectful in anyway just frustrated to have to come. The truck was tightly parked between two trucks in snow and as I pulled out the tires just kept spinning. I had to try and get the truck going back-and-forth without running into the other trucks as when the tires was spinning, it was wanting to go sideways. Other places I’ve picked up a truck if it’s in that type of a space it’s always been pulled out for me. Also, when I came back, I was informed I needed to back the truck into that really tight spot and I informed them I couldn’t so they took care of it for me, but with an unimpressed way.
