I was frustrated in general because of having to redirect to a different location last minute due to a shortage, but it was not this vendors fault. He did admirably well on short notice and got me moving out relatively quickly.

Calvin BThis is a Exxon station and was very easy to return the truck- just turn in the keys. They did not inspect or look at the truck. Only complaint I have is then when the truck was picked up the gas gauge said there was 103 miles of capacity in the tank (the pretty little irritating blue colored meter only shows a blue line and not how much gas is in the tank at pickup); refueled to 117 miles of capacity at the drop-off Exxon- which was more than when picked up. I was billed for additional gas and was notified via email. Personally do not appreciate U-Haul's method and overall this was probably the worst rental I have ever had from them. However, the proximity of the drop-off location was wonderful, considering I was initially told that the drop-off was over 40 miles further.
