There was difficulty getting the UHaul with the 24/7 experience. Luckily, the person who handles the UHaul was able to help after hours. If he wasn't available, we wouldn't have gotten the UHaul.

The people working at the counter of the gas station have very little knowledge of the process of the rentals. Planning ahead, all the reservation information was done on U-hauls website days ahead of time. The actual process of picking up the rental was done over the phone with an individual with poor communication skills and even poorer listening skills. This unfortunately caused the process of rental to be frustrating but made the process of returning the rental even worse as it was a one-way rental. Implement more training to the staff as well as the folks on site who are dealing with the consumers.
