I recommend not using the 24/7 Truck Share. This adds extra work for you the customer with no added savings. After filling the gas tank over the required limit I was still charged an additional $25 upon returning the U-Haul to this location. Ridiculous to say the least.

I returned the truck after hours.
JOHN BI arrived late to pick up my rental and I did not realize they were closed at 4p.m. I arrived at 4 and a man said sorry we are closed. I said but I have a reservation and I am late to pick up rental to move my son. Another gentleman jumped on the computer and looked said yes you do. He quickly processed it and gave me the keys. Lights were already out and bad weather was on the way and yet he took care of me. Great friendly customer service! Thank you because we were able to meet our deadline to move out and make it to our flight the next day to Texas!!
