No problems at all. Checkin was quick and problem-free. I needed to drop off after closing, which was also problem-free. My emailed invoice was prompt and accurate.

My reservation got canceled because I was a bit late to pick it up which I thought was odd but they were able to get me set up right away with a different truck at the same price. When I came back someone was able to immediately take the keys from me and I received the receipt via email shortly after.
MILES PI have used Southside Rental several times for U-haul rental. They have always been great to work with. The check in guy was great, made it easy, and the other worker pulled the Uhual up for me, turned it on, and had the air conditioner running for us.

Zhenxuan MDavid at Southside Rentals (Bloomington, IN) salvaged an otherwise poor experience. I had reserved an appliance dolly to move a refrigerator, and it wasn't with the truck and - being after office hours - there was no way to get one. David happened to be on site to clean out some returned trucks. He provided a utility dolly and ratchet strap, which worked in a pinch. Thank you, David!
