My complaint is the absolute hassle of doing this online. I have no problems doing anything on websites and the new online check in and check out system is just absolutely terrible. 3 people there to pick up uhauls including me and all sat there for almost an hour just to get check in to go through. Things used to be walk in tell the person you want it and leave with the keys after signing a couple things. Took 5 minutes at most. Absolutely ridiculous

Small location and since I was a day early to return nobody was there. I called and spoke to somebody right away. She was super friendly and super helpful. There was a drop box where left the key and an short time later I received notice of the return

DALTON TIt isn’t a location. It’s 4 vans parked in a gravel lot with terrible signage. When we into the granite store to ask for help the salesman made a call. The call was on speaker phone. The person receiving the call said twice the people obviously can’t read. The salesman not affiliated with UHaul apologized twice. I would not let this site represent my company or the individual taking the call. We will not go back
