Nicholson Tire was perfect, in fact, they saved the day for me. The original location (Blue Ridge Tire on Josh Hall Road in Blue Ridge) assured me that, even though they would be closed at 10 AM the Friday after Christmas, pick up using the UHaul App would be no problem. That wasn't true. I arrived at the location and they hadn't properly placed my rental agreement on the app. A very nice person on the phone at UHaul national couldn't help with Blue Ridge Tire, so she transferred the rental to Nicholson Tire. They were waiting for me, paperwork filled out, and I was on my way. Nicholson Tire 5 Stars. Blue Ridge Tire 0 Stars.
Dan EIt took 5 times to check in and I had to call for assistance. It delayed me 45 minutes and my crew couldn't wait. The location is great, but the check in process needs work.
