Tom TI had to drive this U-Haul from Westcliffe Colorado to Blue Ridge Georgia. You gave me three days before I had to turn the trailer in at 5 o’clock. I left Westcliffe at 6 o’clock on Wednesday. And in order to get this trailer back at the appropriate time, I had to drive 21 hours at 60 miles an hour on Wednesday. I got an hour and a half sleep. Had to get up and start driving again to get here before dark to unload. And turn the trailer in on Friday. It would be really helpful. If because people driving across the country have to do 60 miles an hour. It takes forever. Give them an extra day to turn in that trailer so they don’t have to drive almost 24 hours the first day. It was absolutely ridiculous that I had to almost kill myself to get here in order not to have to pay more money. so give people going across the country break they need it! I was a woman driving alone and had to rest at a truck stop. It was very scary and completely ridiculous that you made me to do that. There was no for warning that I could not drive faster than 60 miles an hour when I ordered this trailer.
DESIREE TNicholson tire customer service rep was awesome. The vehicle was old and the air conditioner did not work especially on a day where it was 90 to 95 while moving I called U-Haul and they did not fix the problem.
