Nicholson tire customer service rep was awesome. The vehicle was old and the air conditioner did not work especially on a day where it was 90 to 95 while moving I called U-Haul and they did not fix the problem.

DALE WThis is the third time I have rented from this location. I have rented from other U-Haul locations in several states over the years and this is one has the best customer service of any of them. They are very professional and their rental trucks have always been top notch,
Chris LMake sure tires are round. I also was charged $29.96 at the drop off point with no explanation for the charge? Any charges should be explained to the customer upfront!
