RICHARD SExcellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend renting from here. I wish my pick up experience was as good and professional as these guys.
Craig CHave the truck that is being picked up early in front for easy exit, so you do not have to back up and watch for other trucks and equipment . This facility made it fairly easy to navigate. It would be nice to know the code to get in before I arrive and have to call.
WAYNE PJustin was a Saint, very helpful and knowledgeable. When asked questions he was very knowledgeable and caring. He was very patient and costumer service was second to known. Because of him, will definitely use U-Haul in the future!
