My only complaint was we set up to pick up a truck close to our house, within a block of it. They switched it to a place that was 25 miles round trip away from our house. So we had to end up paying extra milage and spend extra time. Other than that, the rental process was a bit of a pain to do mobile pickup. But the vehicle was clean, worked well, and the charge was very close to what I was quoted besides the extra milage I mentioned above.
BRODIE JOur pickup location was changed the DAY OF pickup because our chosen location didn't have the right equipment. If you have a reservation at a particular location you should have the required equipment available. Having to change our plans the day of the move with everything else we had going on was extremely inconvenient. You should move the equipment to the location it is reserved rather than making your customer change their plans.
