No proper directions on how to get there. Takes you to a locked storage unit gate. Turns out you have to take a completely different road and go all the way around just to get to the proper entrance

They didn’t have any record showing we were supposed to return the trailer to this location even though it was in our email. They did not help my wife getting the trailer disconnected. I have never had such poor service in all my experiences with Uhaul and I have rented from Uhaul a lot in the last 20!years.
ADAM WDid not receive my rental on time. Was not notified until I was trying to drop the rental off that I couldn't drop off after hours and my personal vehicle was locked inside the gate

Doug WI signed up for a one way truck. Picked it up and agree to dropped it off at Riverton address but after 20 minutes my dropped off location was changed to bluffdale address and still got charged for a one way
