I recently rented a closed 5x8 trailer from U-Haul while moving my small office, and the experience was excellent. The trailer itself worked perfectly for what we needed and made the move much smoother than expected. John, who assisted us, was especially wonderful to work with. He was extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout the process. Great customer service makes a huge difference during a stressful move, and he absolutely delivered that. Overall, it was a great experience and one I’d gladly recommend to others.
