U-Haul contacted me late in the afternoon before pickup to tell me they did not have a truck at my location (I had booked this a week in advance and was confirmed to be picking up from my desired location) and were having me pick up 40 minutes (120 minutes round trip) away from my original location. After pressing them, they found Bolivar along my travel route (but still a 40 minute detour) and comped me an extra day and 200 miles for the inconvenience, but it still required me leaving 2 hours earlier (3AM) to make my scheduled appointment with the movers. U-Hauls was "glad to work something out" with me. I told them I didn't have much of a choice since I had no time to rent from another company this late in the game. This is Not Bolivar Hardware's fault, but an overall failure on U-Haul's part. Bolivar was a fine enough location.
