The location was fine, staff were helpful and friendly. But your online system sucks. It was completely down and they were unable to process my vehicle checkout and had to manually manage my reservation. Your app was useless. And when U Haul texted me with an update request the link didn’t work. Good location and staff, terrible system experience.

DION Bno blankets or 4 wheeled dollies. the interior light in the cab would not turn off. otherwise great pick up experience.

HIEP TStaff is very slow. Considering I registered all necessary information online, I expected pick up to be quick. Took way too much time to process.
