No keys available for self service option. Lock box did not have keys, upon review with desk staff, vehicle unavailable and no keys. Had to revise the rental and equipment. Rear door of van had issue, illuminated on the dash.

Ayan GI indicated that I was in a crisis situation, they said they only had a 20 foot truck available, until 3, then when I said I am not finished with the truck yet, i was told to get a storage unit across the street, but when I said that victim service said just keep the truck and pay a late return fee. The truck suddenly became available until Friday
