Ensure no smoking is allowed in the cabin. Stench of cigarettes were prominent my entire trip. The lock on the folding door was broken so parking the vehicle overnight, and having to worry about theft was preventable. U-Haul should really consider upgrading the entertainment package. No Bluetooth alone was enough to drive me crazy! The biggest thing for me was that I went online and booked a trailer at the destination I was going to load up my furniture. I had called prior to pick up to see if that location had any storage available and the customer service rep there said we don’t have trailers here. Why can you book any type of U-Haul product on the website when not all of your outlets have these available is beyond me. After considering this, I decided just to rent what was available at my local outlet. Which ended up being a 20 foot ride in U-Haul PRODUCT. Too much space for what I needed. I was in shock after I received the bill. $1500 for a vehicle, I didn’t need and an experience that I will tell everybody.
David CLocation said 24/7 mobile pickup. Arrived at location at 7:30am. No keys were ready in any drop box. Had to wait until store opened until 9am which significantly delayed schedule. Truck smelled like it was on a farm.

Gabriel FNo keys available for self service option. Lock box did not have keys, upon review with desk staff, vehicle unavailable and no keys. Had to revise the rental and equipment. Rear door of van had issue, illuminated on the dash.
