Fix the truck...need wheels alignment and a transmission check. New tires for sure. Tha truck was bouncing like an old washing machine

LISA THi. The staff at this location are fantastic. But I was disappointed in how dirty the van was. I had rented the van as I had to transport a few items for a party I was having. When I saw how dirty the front of the van was (where the driver and passenger sit) I didn't really want to use it. As I said the people at this location are very very nice just a bit disappointed on the condition of the van. Thank you.
