I had issues with the mobile app. I have an Android and the pictures required would not take slowing down the check in and return process. I had to use my wife's iPhone. However the customer service walked me through it and they were very helpful and patient.

Taking a picture of my licence is an invasion of my personal credentials.... and your system would not even upload my licence pictures after all. A complete waist of time!

The cargo van was full of snow and had to remove it but our boxes got wet anyway with the melted snow. I expected some compensation but got none.

dolly should be put on vehicle when rented - mine was not interior of the cab had scent of cigarette - I'm an ex-smoker and sensitive to this smell in particular I'm not sure that I can recommend U-Haul - the customer service where I picked up the vehicle was exceptional; however, U-Haul does not allow its rental partners the opportunity to make decisions to make the rental experience exceptional. One recommendation would be to simplify the whole rental process in favour of the customer and the customer-facing dealer.

Truck was new therefore in great condition however cab was very dirty with mud everywhere. Had to wash the interior twice. Staff was very polite.

Location was helpful. Truck was not available on time despite guaranteed reservation. Charged for gas even though I put some in. Only went 20 km total. I had to pay movers extra for waiting around while I waited for truck.

The mobile pickup & drop-off service is terrible, very buggy and very frustrating. The form asks for your month and year of birth and DL expiry in a certain order but requires them in the reverse order. I waited over 10 minutes with the chat window for an agent to process my info. The photo upload piece is not clear as to whether it has worked or not and is ready for next one. The return process was even worse and fell apart at the photo of odometer step. I was using an Iphone X

For this job I rented two dolly's, furniture dolly and 3 dozen blankets, none of which were provided. Please let me know my money for those items should be returned. Also mileage was a lot less than the 25 km quoted. Thank you.

The Uhaul computer system was extremely slow and took multiple attempts to work, wasted half hour standing there waiting. The guy called uhaul tech support and they couldn't help.

The staff mocked me when I observed to them that no furniture blankets were in the vehicle when I picked it up before the hours that the location was open. I will never visit that location again for any reason. They were utter trash. I am actually embarrassed for there total lack of professionalism. I resent the $10 that I was charged for blankets that I booked that weren't there.

the van does not have snow tires which would have been helpful as there was black ice and the van did not perform well on a slight incline

Systems were down when I can to pickup the vehicle, was told everything was going to be sent via email. Truck was dirty on the inside and smelt like smoke, but being a work truck can't say that it was overly dirty. However upon receiving my invoice I saw that I was charged for over 350 miles worth of travel when in actuality I only travelled 55kms. I have opened a case with U-Haul reference number 2058833 and they're investigating the issue. Thanks
