Have a few more vans so I’m not looking to go to Home Depot or another location.. and the vehicles should be cleaned mine was very dusty and had pieces of drywall and dust from it as well.. but over all the vehicle was ok ..

Return my money I was supposed to have received the following day. I want my money in my bank account. You were fast to take it, but not so fast returning it.
GAYLE GBeyond thankful for Julie (I believe that was her name)! Julie caught us before we left and mentioned that the “paperwork” said the rental was to be returned to the original location. When we explained the process we had been through she got on the phone to a supervisor and was able to work everything out while we were still at the store. Not to mention, all while having to deal with other customers at the hardware store that morning. Saving us the hassle of having to contact U-Haul on our own only after we would have found the credit card charged the additional $300 +/- we would have paid. Thank you Julie
CHRISTINE WVery disappointing experience. I rented a truck for only 4 hours and drove about 50 km, but I was charged $170, which makes no sense. My friend rented a similar truck for 2 days and only paid around $60–$70. The extra charges were not clearly explained. The pricing feels very misleading.
SUKHDEEP SEasy to pick up the UHaul truck. However, I wish early morning staff will more friendly and give more information on the rental.
