I indicated that I was in a crisis situation, they said they only had a 20 foot truck available, until 3, then when I said I am not finished with the truck yet, i was told to get a storage unit across the street, but when I said that victim service said just keep the truck and pay a late return fee. The truck suddenly became available until Friday

The vehicle I rented, the rear drivers side signal bulb needs to be replaced, as well the AC works but only on high.

Liza MDriver door sound rusted and hard to open, passenger side door couldn’t be unlocked with key, had to open unlock through the inside, gold lock in the back door broken. The app showed an error when taking photos to return the unit, it took me lot of retakes for almost 20 min and it didn’t work, had to get costumer service to receive the rental for me. Thank you
