Extremely disappointed. Was charged $40 for pads they never put in the truck. The location is not staffed so I was just SOL. Plus couldn’t see the mileage on the truck when I picked it up because the gas light was on where it had less than 30 miles left in the tank on a 20 ft truck.

The location was difficult to find and was closed so i left the keys thru the drop box

THOMAS TI reserved a 26 ft truck a month in advance, along with a furniture dolly and appliance dolly. The day before our move I got an email saying the truck we reserved was not available. There also was no furniture dolly. When I called customer service there was no apology, no explanation why the equipment was unavailable, and no attempt made to make it right.
