The app doesn't work, had to spent 30 minutes on the phone with support while my moving team sat tpdping nothing. Check out was the same.
Robert FThere was no person on site, and to obtain the keys we had to telephone the office we made the booking with to then obtain another telephone number as the lady who answered our first call had no idea who to give us the instructions to open the lock box, as the area has very poor WiFi coverage, and the office was closed, as it was a Sunday
