Gary GI wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent trailer rental and return experience. After picking up the trailer, I clearly communicated to Pat that I would be returning it by 11:00 AM. Despite this, I received another call from different staff member asking when I would be bringing the trailer back. It was clear that the return time had already been communicated, so the repeated calls were unnecessary and frustrating. Upon arrival, I was told where to place the trailer, but no one offered to assist with unhooking it or bringing in the pads and dolly. I handled everything myself, including tasks that I feel should reasonably be the responsibility of this location. Given the lack of coordination and assistance, I genuinely feel as though I should be charging the Storage Master location for the time and effort I spent doing what should have been their job. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your communication and customer service process moving forward.
