Everything about the use of the truck & the facilities was excellent. Was very impressed at the service! The only issue is U-Haul's price. Advertise $29.99 then it's almost $150 to move a few pieces of furniture 28 miles & back. Problem is if you're gonna charge me by the mile, don't insist I return it with the same fuel level. You're screwin me where other local competitors don't & in a way that blue collar Americans can't afford right now. Won't use again
