Work on the online return program. Every time a picture was uploaded it would crash. After 30 min and multiple attempts it said complete and I gave up before all pictures were uploaded. Now this survey won't submit unless I evaluate the personal that we're not present. Why offer the N/A option if you can't use it?
Joseph TJust dropped off truck...no staff interaction. Facility was closed.
Bonnie PI will be submitting a complaint and asking for a full refund. I lost out of a full day of movers because the truck was unable to be used due to it being full of mud on the inside of cab and back of entire truck. I also paid for furniture blankets and zero were on the truck. Also the truck was on complete empty when it was picked up - we barely made it to the gas station. Absolutely unexceptable.
