The gentleman hooked up the trailer in a fairly heavy rain while dressed in a shirt and tie. 5+ stars on that. PIck up and drop off was easy. The only suggestion would be watch where the equipment is parked. Pine sap from the trees was all over the trailer, and eventually my hands.
