Pick up for truck was good, they were supposed to have a car hauler there and attached but after taking to there customer service for the adding of hauler they never put it in then had to go to a separate location to pick it up and it was buried under a snow bank so had to dig it out to attach it and dive it through the rest of the snow bank to get it out. Which I took pictures, didn’t end up using it because was unsure of it making it all the way to Georgia safety with all the ice packed in it. So return it within a couple hours and was still charged for the day, truck drove great but when finally getting to our destination and moved out our furniture and house items many of the boxes and 2 rugs were soaking wet which made the moving in much more difficult plus had to throw out the rugs that were wet and stained. Truck was leaking water from passenger side by wheel well area from what I could tell. Considering these avoidable issues I think a price reduction on the cost returned to my card would be appropriate and appreciated

Kevin BThe people at Lancaster Self Storage are AMAZING. However, it is UHaul that is the problem. They made several large mistakes with my reservation. This included the wrong sized truck, the wrong pickup time and drop of time, and the wrong location. I had to call several times to get it resolved, and in the end I still had to pay for an extra day and for gas fees because of UHaul's mistakes. I will not be using them again.
