The people at Lancaster Self Storage are AMAZING. However, it is UHaul that is the problem. They made several large mistakes with my reservation. This included the wrong sized truck, the wrong pickup time and drop of time, and the wrong location. I had to call several times to get it resolved, and in the end I still had to pay for an extra day and for gas fees because of UHaul's mistakes. I will not be using them again.

Donald JFirst truck was damaged had to take a larger truck cause what I reserved was not available, charge me a different rate then what I reserved for. Return truck with same amount of gas as received yet charged me for 5 gallons. Say they will email you receipt, I guess so you can not easily challenge the extra charge. Will tell everyone I know to use other companies then u-haul.
