Drop off at night using the phone app was a time consuming disaster! Called the 800 number again and she told me to just take some photos and leave.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe could not believe the price for a full day rental! Customer service before pick up (Stephanie) and after (cannot recall the name) was professional, friendly and through. We were out and back in effieciently. Highly recommend!
Rebecca KMore accurate gas usage procedure.
bruce kThe location in Lancaster needs better signage. There is no sign on Transit Road indicating it is in the plaza and once you pull in there is no signage saying "U-Haul". It has a different name on the building. I just happened to notice the drop box on the side of the building. Otherwise everything was really great.
Laura GEasy rental. The singular issue was with the truck's airconditioning that only functioned on high. Truck was clean
