Customer service was great, very friendly and engaging. Equipment was poorly maintained, hitch lock on trailer was rusted and unable to turn/lock. Rear door latch was also rusted shut. Staff did not know how to attach trailer to vehicle and asked staff from neighboring business to assist.

Storage area leaked. Loaded truck night before, in the morning when we unloaded the boxes were wet.
Cary LLocation staff were very helpful and the rental charge was fair. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. However, the transmission was very loud; if it was my truck I'd immediately take it to a transmission specialist for evaluation. Also, it felt like one of the rear tires (right side) was imbalanced and created a loud "bumping" sound and shaking at certain speeds. Needs to be checked.
MARK CI don’t like how the customer has to take photos and check out the vehicle. It’s a waste of my time, let the staff do something.
Luke PThe GPS pin for this location is back by the storage units, behind a locked gate. I was sitting behind my rental in the driveway, but I was unable to check it out because the app was telling me i wasn't in the correct location. The attendant for the storage place was very friendly and helpful, he was able to get the the truck checked out for me. He provided 5 star service. I wanted to check the rental out with the app hence the 1 star rating
