I submitted all of my required documentation for the remote pickup, including the cell # for my 3rd party verification. I got a return message that a verification process was in progress, and that my 3rd party would be contacted. I waited almost 30 minutes in the hot sun waiting for the confirmation of verification, which never came, not did my 3rd party ever get contacted. I finally got a hold of a customer service rep using the chat option, but even that took a long time to get a response. The rep made me repeat the photo submittals which then resolved the issue. I suggest that if the initial verification gets fails for whatever reason or at least is in a long queue, you need to let the client know so they don't sit there for a long time without a clue what is going on.
robert bCustomer service was great, very friendly and engaging. Equipment was poorly maintained, hitch lock on trailer was rusted and unable to turn/lock. Rear door latch was also rusted shut. Staff did not know how to attach trailer to vehicle and asked staff from neighboring business to assist.
Sabrina GStorage area leaked. Loaded truck night before, in the morning when we unloaded the boxes were wet.
Cary LLocation staff were very helpful and the rental charge was fair. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. However, the transmission was very loud; if it was my truck I'd immediately take it to a transmission specialist for evaluation. Also, it felt like one of the rear tires (right side) was imbalanced and created a loud "bumping" sound and shaking at certain speeds. Needs to be checked.
