Nothing for me everything was OK
Benjamin BThe clerk at the store was rude and had no knowledge of anything about the trailer rental. I had to hook up the trailer on my own with no help from anyone at UHaul and then I had to send pictures to the rep so he could okay before I left with the trailer. Overall, very disappointed, especially having done business with the company for years.
Danny HThe truck was filthy by the gate making it hard to lift!! I had requested furniture dollies and utility dollies and neither were in the truck!! Not to mention that I had to go out of my way to pickup the truck since it wasn’t at the requested location even though I requested it months in advance!! I’ve used U-Haul a lot throughout the years and I’ve never had so many issues with a reservation!! What is really frustrating is that sales reps were very matter of fact!! They were not at all caring of the dilemma that U-Haul had put me in!! Since the company is no longer making customer service a priority, I will no longer be using U-Haul in the future nor will I be recommending them.
