UHAUL APP/MOBILE PICKUP is HORRIBLE. I had a chance to select counter pickup but the location staff isn't trained for that. Doing the mobile app requires me to basically check myself in and out yet I don't get a discount for UHUAL not having to own a facility, provide staff with wages and healthcare.. You eliminated jobs, padded your bottom line and it only improved the outcome for UHAUL, not the consumer, not America.

This express pickup is anything but. The app and website are difficult to use and the locations know zero about the process and couldn’t care less. I will pick up from a staffed, corporate location in the future if I need. This experience was absolutely a pain.

Matthew nIt was a Chevron gas station where you park the truck on the side of the convenience store. Check in automated and takes about 10 minutes but easy.
