WALTER S.I paid for a dolly rental and was not provided one. I did the after hours pick up; according to customer service someone was supposed to call me the day before to confirm, which they didn't, resulting in a 2 hour delay of my rental. They also texted me the day before to ask me to attach a trailer to the truck I rented because a family in my drop off location needed one, which I declined. At first they offered the trailer for free and when I declined they offered me $25 which I also declined. I would like to have s refund for the dolly I did not receive and a refund of the gas ($13 and some change), as I filed up the tank to exactly, if not more, than what I had picked it up as. I emailed my issues with no response and called customer service. I was on hold with customer service for over an hour.
