I made the reservation to drop off at the Boyertown PA location and the place was closed on Mondays. That was not noted on the site. I had no choice but to leave the trailer there and I called and left a message that it was there. So, I cant comment on the personnel or the location because it was closed. Why would this place not mention that they are closed on Mondays on the website. Again, not a great experience overall with uhaul.

MELANIE CDidn’t have the truck I originally reserved. Took 45 minutes to get my truck then I was told it was due back Friday at 5 PM. I pulled in the lot at 4:56 PM and I was charged for two days. I had to return the vehicle to a different location than I originally reserved Which made me find other transportation back to the original location. Original contract signed had 40 miles included final contract. I was charged for every single mile plus an additional day. I would like to be refunded plus compensated for my inconvenience.
