CHRISTOPHER KI made the reservation to drop off at the Boyertown PA location and the place was closed on Mondays. That was not noted on the site. I had no choice but to leave the trailer there and I called and left a message that it was there. So, I cant comment on the personnel or the location because it was closed. Why would this place not mention that they are closed on Mondays on the website. Again, not a great experience overall with uhaul.
