The driver side visor holder was broken and made it difficult to use it during a 4 hour drive. Gas was at 1/8 tank when picked up. Fuel guage was inaccurate. Tank would not take more gas but guage never went above 3/4. Some preexisting dents and scratches were not marked.
Anurag V.Location was unwilling to solve or explain discrepancy in gas gauge resulting in additional gas charges. Photo of gauge was taken at drop off showing a clear half tank as required, no photo of tank at check in provided by location and was charged for additional gas that was not required.
