The system was down when I showed up to pick up the truck, and the staff had difficulty finishing the transaction so I could get going. As the only customer present, there was no other reason for a 20-25 minute delay. I ended up on the phone with your help desk personnel, who enabled the final details to be entered manually. The location is set up at a hotel, so there are no other facilities available at the location other than pickup and drop off. Drop off was much easier, and I received help in completing that function from the staff, as I had not used the app prior to that day.

The employee working at that location, not sure who, need to have a friendlier tone when resolving issues specially because the location is in a custumer service oriented establishment. The lady who assisted me on pickup and upon returning was okay. But after a day of returning the cargo van, a guy I haven't met or even talked to from the location called me while I was at work due to payment issues. The person who called me had a very aggressive tone. I don't even know what was going on yet but I was already threaten to get a lifetime ban from uhaul and have my credit score go to 0. Initially I thought it was a scam, good thing I double checked the contact information he gave me. If it wasn't for this, I would have rate my experience an average to an above average.
