Receptionist,Mr. Patel,was so nice and very helpful but the online booking and customer service is really bad . If they don’t have surety about their trucks then they shouldn’t do reservations for customers. We wait for 2 hours for the truck.it was my worst experience at u-haul.so disappointed.

customer service is the worst checking in and out is a pain in the ass no one shows or tells you what you need to do having to use your phone. Did not get a print out of total cost and no explanation of charges and refund to my credit card. I do not think I will rent my next truck from uhaul and I will be needing a truck two more times.
WAYNE DThe other locations make the whole process of renting and returning a truck way easier. If I knew this location was not a full service location when I called to book the truck I would have tried for a different location. No outside rep to receive and inspect truck when it is returned. you have do it all yourself. It is very time consuming and frustrating.
STEPHEN AThe automated process to check-in is flawed. Potential customers need to be advised of the background checks properly since the time and calls to verify everything could take days potentially. That's not the way to check-in clients. I could not get reference checks done in time at pickup. These checks should be done at the time of the booking when the client is waiting to check-in, or at least advised of the lengthy process. This location does not have in-person check in, so I'll use another location that does next time.
Keith MEverything was great but only one that I want to address is that the fuel gauge showing on the app was incorrect. We filled back the gas where it was we took pictures before and after for a record.
