I booked My U-Haul 1 week ago and the pickup timing is 8:00 am the Rav Convenience Store open at 10:00 am I was waiting 2 hours and store employee was very rudely behaving disrespect me and even don’t speak properly. I don’t recommend this location. Worst experience

Tariq AHi, so I’m so sad to tell you that I had a very bad experience in seven years. I’ve been using Uhaul like four times a month but I had super super bad experience with this location today so the location don’t even know what’s less than a quarter is it 3/16or 3/8 they guys are insane. I mean I had a hard time with them and I was so mad at Uhaul ,there should be a training that at least they know how to read a tape you know they don’t even know what’s less than a quarter. It’s insane and then I called Uhaul and finally I talk to a guy are you all they gave me a credit back but I had a bad experience with this location please I don’t recommend you guys. They don’t know how to talk to the customer , abusing and it’s it’s insane Brother please please never go to that location. So just an honest review from a customer I wouldn’t recommend you to go to this location and I would recommend Uhaul to take action with this cause this impact your image so bad and now I feel like I should go with some different other like you know other companies at least they charge a little bit, but you know at them at the end they are professional and they hire professionals too
