Very helpful for moving wor
Gurwinder SThe check in and check out process was great. The vehicle however had a bad odour and the drivers section was not clean. I would recommend that they clean the trucks to make a more pleasant experience.

Even worse was the behavior of the two female employees, whose attitude was very unprofessional. I felt I was treated disrespectfully and even discriminated against. I did not expect this from a company like U-Haul. I hope they seriously improve their customer service and professionalism.”
