I had a terrible experience! I only drove for 6 kilometers, yet they charged me for 6 liters of gas in addition to a per-kilometer rate. The customer service was awful, especially the representative; she didn’t know how to treat customers properly.

Karanvir KBetter user friendly app and more efficient for pick up and drop off locations. Also, pick up box and drop off box not in the most ideal location. Have to search all over to locate it.
