During pick up notices that the defroster or fan was not working. Location did not have a replacement of the same vehicle. Replaced with bigger vehicle. Had to spend 10 minutes to remove snow from the vehicle using my own snow brush as there was no snow brush in the vehicle. When driving the tire light came on / Service tires. Need to do a better job in maintaining the vehicles and if there are reservations, would expect vehicles would be ready in working condition

They don’t care if u haul renting person is waiting or what. I did booked online and paid also still I did wait for truck.
