The bill I received in email was for 86.70 but my credit card was charged for 107.74 So charged extra: 107.74-86.70 = 21.04 Why??

When i took the the truck it was already on low fuel and I forgot to take the photo of fuel gage. Then i only drove it for 5 km and even put $5 gas in it however when I returned the truck i was told that gas is very low and i will be charged $15 for gas, when it is their responsibility to check the fuel when the truck was returned last time

MICHAEL MDuring pick up notices that the defroster or fan was not working. Location did not have a replacement of the same vehicle. Replaced with bigger vehicle. Had to spend 10 minutes to remove snow from the vehicle using my own snow brush as there was no snow brush in the vehicle. When driving the tire light came on / Service tires. Need to do a better job in maintaining the vehicles and if there are reservations, would expect vehicles would be ready in working condition
