REECE BThe location staff and service is good. Although, Uhaul application is very bad. It didn't let me drop-off using the app even trying multiple times. I drove twh trxk for 16 miles and put fuels 6.6 liters back into it. I was charged again for fuel. So unable to understand the milage of the truck. It seems it requires 1 litre per 2 km. That is the worst efficiency lof 10' truck.
KARAN SFrom 2 ladies there , first lady said were not supposed to be there , they dont do one way returns , and to go elsewhere...then they figured it out before I left... Lady told me my card was declined when clearly I had my reciept showing otherwise...figured out it was the refund that was not going through to the card as my gas cleanliness and milaege were good....Parked truck where other same size trucks were parked, told move it to far end of other side of other building, while lady couldn't get her phone to work to do the return... Return took 45 minutes with no one else there. Used u haul before and got refund immediately, not sure if I will get my refund as I finally , yes me, used someone else cellphone MYSELF to do the damn refund MYSELF since they couldn't do it themselves. Not even sure I did it correctly and still no refund in my account. Horrible.

Tracy MTruck is dirty also display not working and ABS LIGHT is on dash no kilometers on display i don't know these dealers are don't care about people safety just tryna make $ Not good as a if u haul is big company. Sorry to say that but that's true.

RAYMOND MThey had charged me wrongfully. They had put extra miles on my bill and charged me extra for that. I have all the proofs when i start the truck and finish the trip. When i call them and told them the problem, they are just making excuses. First, they said we will call you on Monday to fix it, I didn't get call back, when i went to their location to discuss it, they are saying the girl who did is not coming yet. They said come when that girl will come. is it professional???
SURKHAB SThe bill I received in email was for 86.70 but my credit card was charged for 107.74 So charged extra: 107.74-86.70 = 21.04 Why??
PALVINDER PWhen i took the the truck it was already on low fuel and I forgot to take the photo of fuel gage. Then i only drove it for 5 km and even put $5 gas in it however when I returned the truck i was told that gas is very low and i will be charged $15 for gas, when it is their responsibility to check the fuel when the truck was returned last time

MICHAEL MDuring pick up notices that the defroster or fan was not working. Location did not have a replacement of the same vehicle. Replaced with bigger vehicle. Had to spend 10 minutes to remove snow from the vehicle using my own snow brush as there was no snow brush in the vehicle. When driving the tire light came on / Service tires. Need to do a better job in maintaining the vehicles and if there are reservations, would expect vehicles would be ready in working condition

They don’t care if u haul renting person is waiting or what. I did booked online and paid also still I did wait for truck.

Had really bad experience twice First time i reserved the truck for 8 pm and when i went at the location to pick up the location was closed and there was no truck for Mobile pickup. And 2nd time today when i am back to drop the truck the location is closed and there is no drop box to drop the keys. Dont book truck from here my mistake that i gave them a second chance

Even worse was the behavior of the two female employees, whose attitude was very unprofessional. I felt I was treated disrespectfully and even discriminated against. I did not expect this from a company like U-Haul. I hope they seriously improve their customer service and professionalism.”

Manon HI confirmed my 8AM truck rental twice via phone and in person with this location. On the day of the rental I showed up at 8AM to pick up the truck. A sign on the door said that the location wasnt open until 10AM. When they finally opened they told me that I was sent an email outlining an online / remote pick up of the truck. I never recieved the email. I ended up waiting until the location opened to get the truck, 2 hours late. They continually told me that I was sent an email. And didn't listen or even seem to hear me when I replied that I never rwcieved any email. I also had to pay the movers for the 2 hours that they ended up waiting at my house for the truck. Uhaul credited me for the 2 hours late opening and $50.... It was a very stressful experience.

Gurpreet SIt was 36 degree outside and there was no air conditioning in the truck it was not working nd i told the person i got it from she said call helpline for this but this was disgusting paid 150$ bucks and no air conditioners

HUSEYIN UFlexibility is key. They don't make you pay until the time you take it, things change at the last minute and it's good that there is wiggle room.
ANDREW MReceived the truck in a very dirty condition. Also, the truck drove as if the tyres are egged shaped. It was very bumpy and uncomfortable.
ANDRE SI had a terrible experience! I only drove for 6 kilometers, yet they charged me for 6 liters of gas in addition to a per-kilometer rate. The customer service was awful, especially the representative; she didn’t know how to treat customers properly.

Karanvir KBetter user friendly app and more efficient for pick up and drop off locations. Also, pick up box and drop off box not in the most ideal location. Have to search all over to locate it.
Nafeez AUhaul did mess up my all plans changed my reservation from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm without letting me know. Due to this i had to face alot of harassment. I had to pay extra to my movers because I didn't got equipment at the time i booked for which costed me both mentally and economically

CHETAN JI went to pick up my truck at 4 pm and it wasn’t available at that time so i have to wait until 4:45 pm I am really disappointed with this experience. I lost my time and i didn’t manage to move my stuff because i reserved elevator for certain time slots so i have to move my stuffs on regular elevator and also had to share it with other people so it took me extra long time. I expect some refund or vip certificate because of this extremely poor experience.
Jigar PThe staff member had no idea what she was doing. Had to make phone calls and still didn’t have answers. Told me she had no idea how trailers work or how to set them up and didn’t even know which of the two completely different trailers I was supposed to take. She didn’t even get up from behind the desk, just told me to go outside and help myself. Upon return she told me to just leave it and go, again she didn’t even get up from her desk to check anything. Told me she and her business have nothing to do with U-Haul and they aren’t responsible for anything U-Haul does.

VENKATARAMANA AI think they should be very clear about the equipment that are giving to the customer. They gave me half filled truck and I confirmed them by call that it is half and they said you can return truck at half fuel level. When I was returning the truck they demanded the fuel level at full. Fortunately I took all the pictures but they wanted me to charge unnecessary and said that you pick truck earlier and took pictures after using the fuel. Then I confronted them with the mileage. After 15 minutes of heated argument they said that we do not charge you for gas but you did not filled the gas . Then I showed them the gas receipt and then they agreed. I would never go to this location again and also share this review with them .
JARMAN SLock was not working. The dials were a struggle to move. You should service/oil the locks. After we struggled for 10 mins to move the dial, the lock itself would not budge. We struggled for another 10 mins to open it. Was about to quit and go home when it barely moved and then was about to open it to get the truck key. We wasted about 30 mins just to open the lock.
Troy SThe truck is not winter ready, I got stuck every time I stopped, it was the worst and most terrifying truck to drive with just a little bit of snow, no dif lock or traction control. Please put a disclaimer about winter driving in those units
