From 2 ladies there , first lady said were not supposed to be there , they dont do one way returns , and to go elsewhere...then they figured it out before I left... Lady told me my card was declined when clearly I had my reciept showing otherwise...figured out it was the refund that was not going through to the card as my gas cleanliness and milaege were good....Parked truck where other same size trucks were parked, told move it to far end of other side of other building, while lady couldn't get her phone to work to do the return... Return took 45 minutes with no one else there. Used u haul before and got refund immediately, not sure if I will get my refund as I finally , yes me, used someone else cellphone MYSELF to do the damn refund MYSELF since they couldn't do it themselves. Not even sure I did it correctly and still no refund in my account. Horrible.

RAYMOND MThey had charged me wrongfully. They had put extra miles on my bill and charged me extra for that. I have all the proofs when i start the truck and finish the trip. When i call them and told them the problem, they are just making excuses. First, they said we will call you on Monday to fix it, I didn't get call back, when i went to their location to discuss it, they are saying the girl who did is not coming yet. They said come when that girl will come. is it professional???
