How U-Haul Reviews WorkUnfortunately, 2 dollies were not provided despite having them reserved well in advance. Due to this, it setback our move by 5 hours. Yes, we were reimbursed for the dollies but I still paid for overage of returning the vehicle late even though I reported it to customer service. Not sure, if I will use Uhaul moving forward.
Jermaine DThe truck was too dirty and there was beer can under the passenger seat.
Krish Bthe vehicle was clean, but the gas levels were unacceptable - the low fuel light came on after 6km of driving, the engine light was on the entire time and the truck felt like it would stall at every stop.
Drew NVery poor customer service wouldn't recommend this location
