They did not have the unitt i reserved but it was not their fault the previous renter did not return on time They were helpful and gave me another unit Yes it was smaller but it was better rhen not having a unit which i needed for a move
Giovanni PTruck wasn't clean, had broken pieces of boxes, latches, rope left over.
Abdul AWe ordered furniture pads but weren't there. But overall, convenient and the truck was clean.
Don WI rented a 9' cargo van, and the cargo space was quite dirty with dirt and debris. I would think that all trucks would be checked and the cargo area at least swept between rentals.
