The staff were not helpful with this rental service. Their priority is to the clients checking in & out of days inn. I was handed a key, but no help to find the truck on the lot. I had to check the vin # on all trucks before I found my rental vehicle. Once I started the truck, I found it on empty & had to go to a gas station before anything. This was my worst experience with renting a vehicle!

Roberto NI was given this location mentioning me that I would have my right truck size + correct moving dolly. When I reached there no moving equipment was provided saying call customer service and resolve with them. Person was rude and not helpful.
