Nobody took the time to explain where the additional charges came from or why they were applied. Instead of providing professional customer service, the staff avoided answering our questions and showed no interest in resolving the issue. > > Customers should not have to fight for basic information about charges on their bill. If a company is charging extra money, it should be able to clearly justify those charges. The lack of transparency and accountability at this location is unacceptable. > > We have proof of the return time and are extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I would strongly advise other customers to carefully review their invoices and keep their own records and evidence when dealing with this location. > Very unprofessional experience. I will be taking this matter further and would not recommend this location . They also charged us an additional $25 cleaning fee without providing any valid reason or evidence that cleaning was required, which made the entire billing process feel unfair and unjustified.

KARANBIR BThe online uploading image needs to be improved , I couldn't upload postures for some reason .it kept saying all the boxes in red to be uploaded which i did uploaded the photos properly. I couldn't get it done , I tried 3 to 5 times and gave up
