The person that I dealt with was discriminatory. I had to explain that I own a moving company and has rented a uhaul evey week when I am short on vehicle. On the other hand the uhaul rep on the phone asked that I return the vehicle to another location and I got an extra 50km. Good customer service...I am renting another one to go to Regina. Cleanest U-Haul I've ever rented! The gas station is convenient as well
Deirdra TWe waited 45 minutes. Someone had to come in to help. The gas indicated in the pickup was less than what uhaul said it was and it was up to us to call in??? I haven't had time to do this yet.
Fiija DRude and acused me of being late because she was slow with other customers and then I let a gentleman get his lottery ticket scanned .
