No one spoke English. Had to speak through the employees cell phone to someone at home to pick up the rental. She wrote everything down on paper and kept the paper in her pocket when we left. I felt possible violation of my identity info so I locked all my cards. Sketchy practices. I've rented in some uhaul dives over the years but never left convinced my identify would be stolen. (Not being racists or anything) just it was a very shady way to rent. In the end we waited a half hour for another employee who could speak English to come in and complete the rental as they couldn't figure out over the phone hiw to charge my visa debit. I had to tell my card info out your in a store 3 times for people to hear.

Unfortunately I had to drop the trailer back off in a rain storm. Their lot is level with the ditch beside it and I was standing in 5” of water during a lightning storm while trying to unhook. I know it’s mostly just luck of the draw on my part but maybe the lot needs to be graded to drain.

ALLAN VI rented the 6x12 enclosed trailer. U-Haul must install tongue jacks on these size of trailers since I estimate the tongue weight to be approximately 70 pounds which is a safe 2 person lift but if you will be by yourself there is a high risk of injury when you lift the tongue to install on the tow vehicle hitch ball. One of the 4 tires was soft and needed an additional 35 pounds of air pressure to match the other 3. The trailer deck inside was not cleaned after the last use with muddy footprints visible. The staff member I dealt with was polite and helpful.
Brian OThe business owner was late in arriving. I had ordered 24 blankets but they only had 12. I had also ordered a dolly but they did not have one. The truck was fine but it's windshield was had not been cleaned.
