DOUGLAS CI was delayed for over one hour, the drop off location was very far from my destination address even though we have nearer locations, I was charged again that I exceeded the mileage
Gaius CI had to have a truck that I didn't want to, 20" Truck, because my 26" Truck wasn't available. The point is I have done a reservation one month before I get it. Than I got to the place to pick it up and the place wasn't open yet. Yes they was latte! The truck was dirty, front and trailer. I dropped off the vehicle with more gas when I picked it up and I got no discount.... futhermore I have been charged more on my drop off. You gave me a smaller truck forcing me to drive more than expected to take my belongings to the right place.
Thiago NFunny you drop the truck off 16 hrs early and receive no reimbursement but have to pay $33 more for extra mileage!!!!
