Rented the trailer and the lady said she did not have a jack so I had to pick up the heavy thing straining my back as I tried to attach it to my truck . The lady inside was more worried about getting off work than assisting me. Could not use the app to document my rental and when I returned it the next day early the gate code do not work and again I do not have assistance with lifting that heavy ass trailer tongue . Again the uhaul app did not work so I could properly return it as well .

Not sure as I talked with the employee in person about the issue before I was able to unload, I dropped the truck off Saturday because it was not open then Monday morning she came in after 9:30 am she said she was on her way to the doctor, I said to call me when she got back. That never happened next thing I know I get a email that I was charged more mileage. So to put it bluntly, I got charged for something I repeatly said no to and then, hit my card 17.00 for mileage so I paid for more time due to someone not doing as ask and one not paying attention to what they did. So at the least you took me for over two hundred dollars, due to your staff
