Headlight was not working! This was and inconvenience, a technician had to come and repair it. Also, the pick up location at the last minute increased the mileage in which we were not financially prepared to pay the additional cost. It would have been great if the truck was sanitized prior to using it. I used an entire box of Lysol wipes to clean the steering wheel an and dashboard etc…… with Covid going around, I would have thought the company would take precautions for others and have the truck cleaned.
Dushon HThis was established for me as the drop off site, but it was 30-45 minutes away, and I passed multiple U-Haul locations on my way there. I would rather have been able to search for and choose a location myself that was closer to where I was.
JOHN BThe owner at this location was very rude and started yelling at me over the key in which I had given to the staff already. Let's say I'm not around for the nonsense, so no I wouldn't recommend this site at all.
