Although I stated 'Yes' for 'Clean and Well Maintained Equipment', my son stated to me (after he returned the truck) that there was a slight issue with the fuel tank needle. While replacing the used fuel, he stated that the needle acted (in his words) "wonky". He said that he had to turn the ignition to the 'on' position three times because the needle was not responding properly after putting over $40 in the tank (it remained at 1/4 full which was not a true reading), but that it eventually straightened itself out. . .that is, after putting more fuel into the tank than was required for replacing. Otherwise, the vehicle was in overall good shape. . .but just be sure to inquire if the vehicle's fuel needle, for whichever vehicle you use, is in proper working order!!!

Experience was pleasant
ROBIN EI reserved a rental online and was able to also reserve two dollies and two-wheeled carts. However, upon picking up the rental truck, they informed me there were NO dollies or two-wheeled carts available, and there was a U-Haul nationwide shortage. If that was the case, why let customers reserve these items online and fall short of moving goals? I had to purchase a dollie and a two-wheel cart from another U-Haul store for 100.00 to fulfill my moving plans. Highly disappointed.
Daryle CTruck engine light was on i reported it before taking vehicle wasn't offered another different vehicle. Air coming through driver side door rear tires bad. And store had no hand truck equipment available. U haul employees wanted me to take a picture of mileage and gas hand instead of inspecting the vehicle and verifying info there self. I had to tell them to do there job. Ridiculous in the future I will be taking my money else whare.
