Great service but way to expensive?

The service by the manager was excellent. We rented a trailer and the location makes it a bit difficult for a novice to back the trailer in to return it (so will pulled it forward and left it), expecially in the dark (recommend a light pole).

The rental vehicles are parked across a four lane highway that you have to cross to access rental vehicles. The staff is also very slow and made numerous errors when filling out the rental contact. The staff other than being slow was very friendly.

Poor customer service. Wasn't informed of any additional fees that I was later charged. Money was withdrawn from account when they said it wouldn't be. I feel I was way overcharged given the circumstances. New employees couldn't answer any of my questions.

The people were nice, they just did not have their act together. I had just lost my Wife to cancer and I was told that I could get a bereavement discount and that did not happen. When I arrived to pick up the truck and car dolly, the lights were not working on the car dolly, so I had to drive across town to another dealer to pick one up, meanwhile I have people waiting at my house to help load. When I returned home, I opened the back of the truck, to my surprise, there was no dolly and I had rented one. My Son-in-law calls them up and they said they did not have one, why did they not tell me this while I was there?
