AKSHAY KThe worst customer service I have ever experienced! Monique was not helpful at all. I had so many issues with Driver edition, it was ridiculous. I told her I would have the truck for two hours when I came back, she was gone. I drove no more than 10 miles round-trip. I had to call corporate offices three times to get assistance. Why are they paying this girl? I left three messages on her phone to contact me for confirmation of drop off. I am still waiting for that confirmation email. I even contacted corporate who told me they had passed the information on her, still no confirmation email. I’ve said it before if you don’t like your job leave the company. This girl should not be working there. Thanks for making an easy job Stressful Monique.
