We dropped off a day earlier. We had called the location to find out no one was there as they were on holidays. I was advised that a cheque for deposit would be sent out by mail. It had been over a week, therefore I made a call to be told I had to wait 3-4 weeks for the deposit to be refunded back to me. Not impressed. This is the third time in past year using u-haul which has been nothing but a gong show.
SHERRY HCustomer service could have been more helpful finding us a truck closer to us instead of paying $100 in km. Was able to get a last min truck through neulux and don't get racked in km charges
KATELYNN SThe depot was actually closed the day of pick up, uhaul did not tell me. The owner of the depot was great, called the emergency number and he took care of everything over the phone, while out of town.
steve kOwner - Brad - told me he would have equipment there for me and set up my rental so that he got commission on it, and then never set it up and we had to drive to Kamsack 1.5 hours out of our way to get the trailer we needed after spending over an hour on call with uhaul desperately trying to find what we needed at the last minute.
