Don’t charged the customer for gas when they put gas in the truck. Be more upfront with what you’re pricing actually is! It’s very deceptive the way you do it!

HELEN CNeeds security lighting where the equipment is parked. Extremely dark if returning after hours. Honestly though the biggest issue is your extremely buggy app. Of all the times I've rented, I don't think it's worked without issues. I spent at least 15 minutes trying to get it to work when I returned. Even the link to this survey wouldn't work until I tried a third browser, which was Chrome.
